Assessment: Complete a comprehensive assessment and intake session where I learn the ins and outs of what's going on for you, what makes you tick, and what’s blocking you. Then, together we determine the best path forward.
Plan: We develop a customized plan that works with your body to reset your metabolism, get weight loss started ASAP, and begin to establish new habits.
Meet: We meet for regularly scheduled one-on-one online coaching sessions where we learn, work through challenges and make any needed tweaks or adjustments.
Support: You'll have my full support walking you through each step on your journey and whenever you need it, through holidays, travel, and the ups and downs that life throws at you. I'll do whatever it takes to help you succeed.
